Complex nose of ripe lemon, pear, citrus peel with smoke, nut, and touch of yellow floral. Rich and delicate bubbles with cream texture. Lots of flavours - lime, toast, some vanilla and hints of raisin followed by chalky mineral at the end. Well-structured, deep and completed.
