開瓶的時候帶有滿滿的紅果、紫紅花以及礦物石頭的香氣⋯⋯

多過一個小時後，果香轉化成濃郁的黑布冧、黑櫻桃，當中還夾雜不少香辛氣息，聞起來有點霸道，不像其他Burgundy般平易近人⋯⋯更像一個倔強的女強人，不易讓人接近。

蒙瓶時還被誤以為是Hermitage。

多過二、三個小時，Vosne-Romanee的氣息終漸漸浮現，花香再次若隱若現，卻沒有盛放得像開瓶時那樣。餘韻偏長。

這枝是一枝力度頗大的酒，果味、香辛濃厚，喝的時候不難感受到其「力量」，顯然走的不是人人喜愛的柔美路線（是釀酒師或酒莊的風格吧？）。然而，其深度、層次是無容置疑的。

Plenty of red fruits charterers with red-purple floral and mineral. Very lively when the bottle opened.

After an hour, it had more dark fruits such as black cherries and dark plum with lots of oak spice - quite overbearing. Unlike the common Bourgogne wines, it was not easy to close.

The wine was mistaken for Hermitage during the blind tasting section.

After 2 to 3 hours, the sense of Vosne-Romanee became more obvious. Floral aromas was blooming again - but less impressive than the time when the bottle was just opened. Long finish.

Well structure. This bottle was quite powerful, muscular and strong. And...this wine is still young.
